3307.6.5.15 Permit issuance notification.

BC § 3307.6.5.15

No later than the fifth day of each month, the commissioner shall send an e-mail notification to all council members and community boards containing a report of all new sidewalk shed permits issued during the immediately preceding month. Such report shall be disaggregated by council district and community district and shall include the reason for each sidewalk shed installation. (L.L. 2026/001, 1/3/2026, eff. 1/3/2026)
