3307.6.4 Design and construction of sidewalk sheds.

BC § 3307.6.4

Sidewalk sheds shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the requirements of Section 3307.6.4.1 through Section 3307.6.4.11. The requirements set forth in sections 3307.6.4.1 through 3307.6.4.11 may be added to, deleted, or modified by rules of the department as necessary to support the implementation of new sidewalk shed designs. Upon promulgation of such rules, the design and construction of sidewalk sheds shall be in accordance with such rules. (Am.
