BC § 3307.2.4

Where a means of ingress/egress to a building or structure remains open to the public during the course of construction or demolition, an adequate pathway shall be provided between such means of ingress/egress and the sidewalk, or in lieu of the sidewalk, the temporary public walkway provided in accordance with Section 3307.2.2.
