3307.2.2 Temporary public walkway in the street.

BC § 3307.2.2

Where authorized by the Department of Transportation, a temporary walkway open to the public may be provided in the street in front of the site. Such temporary walkway shall be protected in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Transportation. Department of Transportation authorization is required where a temporary walkway and a temporary or permanent bicycle lane will share the same space.
