3306.5.6 Review of pertinent plans and records.

BC § 3306.5.6

Submittal documents required by Section 3306.5 shall be based upon a review of all pertinent plans and records of the structure where demolition operations are to occur. In addition, where a building is to undergo a full demolition, a demolition performed in conjunction with work that meets the requirements of Section 101.4.5 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code,* a demolition that results in the demolition of more than 50 percent of the gross floor area of the building during the course of work over any 12-month period, or a demolition that results in the removal of one or more floors during the course of work over any 12-month period, the submittal documents shall further be based upon a review of all pertinent plans and records of all adjoining structures. The review shall be performed by the registered design professional who prepares the submittal documents. * Editor's note: Correct reference should be Section 28-101.4.5 of the Administrative Code.
