The results of the verification inspections required by Sections 3305.8.6.8, 3305.8.7.5 and 3305.8.7.6 shall be documented on a verification inspection checklist signed and dated by the person who performed the inspection. The verification inspection checklist shall be developed by the designer who prepared the drawings required by Section 3305.8.6.1. (Am.
