3303.7.7 Special provisions for Type IV construction.

BC § 3303.7.7

In addition to the fire prevention and fire protection requirements imposed by this code, the New York City Fire Code, and other applicable law, the following provisions shall also apply during new building construction of structures categorized as Type IV construction by Chapter 6 of this code.
