3303.14.5 Dewatering.

BC § 3303.14.5

The contractor or other entity performing the soil or foundation work shall dewater the site, as needed, for the progress of the work, and shall take all necessary measures to prevent settlement, slope failure, and damage to buildings, structures, and property affected by the dewatering operations.
