Sidewalk shed parapet information panels shall contain the following information and be arranged in accordance with Figure 3301.9.2.1: 1. The street, address of the site; 2. Name (which may incorporate a logo) of the contractor responsible for the site or where there is no contractor, the name (which may incorporate a logo) of the owner of the site; and 3.
