3301.6.5 Design documents.

BC § 3301.6.5

Whenever design is required by this chapter, the design shall be indicated in plans and specifications and other written, graphic and pictorial documents that are prepared or assembled for describing the design, location, physical characteristics, and other elements of the project. Design documents shall be complete and of sufficient clarity to indicate the location and entire nature and extent of the work proposed, and shall show in detail that the work conforms to the provisions of this code and other applicable laws and rules.
