No person shall perform the duties and responsibilities of a construction superintendent, including but not limited to serving as a primary construction superintendent or as an alternate construction superintendent, unless such person is licensed as a construction superintendent in accordance with Article 428 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code.* * Editor's note: Correct reference should be Article 428 of Chapter 4 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code.
