BC § 3301.11.3

Site safety orientations and refreshers required by this section shall be conducted by a qualified person designated by the permit holder. Such qualified person shall have the ability to communicate with each worker who takes part in such orientation or refresher. (L.L. 2017/206, 11/17/2017, eff. 5/16/2018)
