Provided a minimum clear unobstructed sidewalk width of 5 feet is maintained, temporary storm enclosures for eating and drinking establishments with a projection of not more than 25 square feet (2.32 m 2 ) in area and door maneuvering clearances complying with Chapter 11, and related reference standards, including Section 404 (Doors and Doorways) of ICC A117.1, may be permitted.
