3102.5 Maximum height.

BC § 3102.5

Membrane structures shall not exceed one story nor shall such structures exceed the height limitations in feet specified in Section 504.3. Membrane structures may be erected above the roof of a building provided that such roof is of noncombustible construction required to have a fire-resistance rating. Exception: Noncombustible membrane structures serving as roofs only.
