3009.2.1 Alternate posting locations.

BC § 3009.2.1

In lieu of posting the inspection certificate in those locations specified in this section, the inspection certificate may be kept in the on-site building manager's office. In such case, the building manager's office must be open during normal business hours. In addition, notice must be posted in each location listed in Section 3009.2 and kept in a frame with a transparent cover, or a plaque or on the car operating panel, with an indelible inscription, stating that the inspection certificate is located in the building manager's office and identifying the location of such office.
