2901.1 Scope.

BC § 2901.1

The New York City Plumbing Code shall govern the construction, erection, installation, alteration, repairs, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of plumbing equipment and systems. Toilet and bathing rooms shall be constructed in accordance with Section 1210.
