BC § 2612.3

Plastic composites shall exhibit a flame spread index not exceeding 200 when tested in accordance with ASTM E 84 or UL 723 with the test specimen remaining in place during the test. Exception: Materials determined to be noncombustible in accordance with Section 703.5.
