2610.3 Slope.

BC § 2610.3

Flat or corrugated light-transmitting plastic skylights shall slope not less than four units vertical in 12 units horizontal (4:12). Dome-shaped skylights shall rise above the mounting flange a minimum distance equal to 10 percent of the maximum width of the dome but not less than 3 inches (76 mm). Exception: Skylights that pass the Class B Burning Brand Test specified in ASTM E 108 or UL 790 shall have no minimum slope requirement.
