BC § 2308.2.4

The basic design wind speed, V, in miles per hour for determination of wind loads shall be as set forth in Table 1609.3. Values are ultimate design 3-second gust wind speeds in miles per hour at 33 feet (10 058 mm) above ground Exposure Category C.
