2113.9.3 Rain caps.

BC § 2113.9.3

Termination caps shall not be permitted and a 3-inch (76 mm) minimum drain shall be installed to receive collected water. A positive means shall be provided to prevent water from entering the appliance. Exception: Termination caps shall be permitted on listed factory-built chimneys.
