1818.3 Geotechnical peer review qualifications.

BC § 1818.3

The geotechnical peer review shall be performed by a qualified independent geotechnical engineer who has been retained by or on behalf of the owner. A geotechnical peer reviewer shall meet the requirements of the rules of the department. (Am.
