BC § 1817.5.2

The design shall incorporate the findings of the evaluation report and any additional evaluation and investigation deemed necessary by the engineer performing the design. If the evaluation report did not conclusively demonstrate the suitability of an underpinning or alternate method of support, such method of support shall not be used.
