BC § 1811.6.1.3

Precast concrete piles shall be handled and driven so as not to cause injury or overstressing in a manner that affects durability or strength. A precast concrete pile shall not be driven before the concrete has attained a compressive strength of at least 75 percent of the 28-day specified compressive strength (f 'c ), and not less than the strength sufficient to withstand handling and driving forces.
