1619.4.5 Extension of time for temporary structures.

BC § 1619.4.5

Subject to the approval of the commissioner, the duration of time for a temporary structure may be extended by increments not to exceed ninety days. Each request to extend the time for a temporary structure shall be accompanied by the submission of a report from a registered design professional certifying the following: 1. Such registered design professional performed an inspection within the last 30 days to confirm that the temporary structure complies with the requirements of the approved construction documents for the temporary structure; and 2. Where an action plan is utilized in accordance with Section 1619.5: 2.1. It is still in effect; 2.2. It has been revised to reflect the current conditions of the temporary structure; or 2.3. It is no longer required, as the temporary structure has been retrofitted to comply with the loads for new construction without any reduction, pursuant to Section 1619.4.2.
