1619.4.4 Duration of time for temporary structures.

BC § 1619.4.4

Temporary structures shall be erected for a limited period not exceeding ninety days in accordance with Article 111 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code. Such limited period shall be counted from the date the temporary structure is substantially completed. Exception: Where the commissioner has approved a request to extend the duration of time for a temporary structure in accordance with Section 1619.4.5.
