1208.3.2.2 Single room occupancy of a suite of rooms.

BC § 1208.3.2.2

Where two or more rooms, joined together and separated from all other rooms within a dwelling unit, are used for single room occupancy, as such term is used in Section 27-2074(e) of the New York City Housing Maintenance Code, at least one of such separated rooms shall have not less than 150 square feet (13.9 m 2 ) of net floor area.
