BC § 1208.3.2.1

Where a single room within a dwelling unit is used for single room occupancy, as such term is used in Section 27-2074(e) of the New York City Housing Maintenance Code, such room shall have not less than 150 square feet (13.9 m 2 ) of net floor area.
