BC § 1109.2.2

Where water closet compartments are provided in a toilet room or bathing room, at least 5 percent, but not less than one of the total number of compartments shall be ambulatory accessible, provided in addition to the wheelchair-accessible compartment. Wheelchair-accessible and ambulatory-accessible compartments shall comply with ICC A117.1 including Sections 604.9 (Wheelchair Accessible Compartments) and 604.10 (Ambulatory Accessible Compartments).
