BC § 1106.8.3

At each electric vehicle charging station required to be accessible, the charging station shall be located along an accessible route. An accessible route shall be provided between the charging station and the charging space. Exception: In existing facilities with no accessible route, electrical vehicle charging stations are not required to be located along an accessible route.
