110.6 Issuance of certificate of compliance.

BC § 110.6

Upon satisfactory inspection of service equipment and the satisfaction of all the requirements for sign-off, the department shall issue a certificate of compliance as applicable for the following service equipment: 1. Elevators; 2. Escalators; 3. Moving walkways; 4. Heating systems; and 5. Dumbwaiters.
