1029.1.2 Place of assembly Certificate of Operation.

BC § 1029.1.2

A Certificate of Operation shall be required for a place of assembly in accordance with Section 303.7. It shall be unlawful to occupy any building or space as a place of assembly unless and until a Certificate of Operation therefore has been issued by the department pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1 of Title 28 of the Administrative Code.
