What is NYC BC § 1012.8?

1012.8 Handrails.

BC § 1012.8

Ramps with a rise greater than 6 inches (152.4 mm) shall have handrails on both sides. Handrails shall comply with Section 1014. Exception: Handrails for ramped aisles are not required where permitted by Section 1029.15.
