AC § 20-566.1

No person shall operate a self-storage facility without a license. The annual fee for a license or a renewal shall be $295. The license shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the office of each self-storage facility. (L.L. 2025/171, 11/28/2025, eff. 8/25/2026)
