RPAPL § 1522

In an action brought under section 1503 the court shall direct such accounting as justice requires in the circumstances for rents and profits of the property or the value of the use and occupation during the period subsequent to the original sale or conveyance in lieu of foreclosure during which possession of the property was held by the plaintiff or by any other party to the action.
