§ 973 SECTION 973 Report of disposition of proceeds

RPAPL § 973

Within sixty days after the entry of final judgment, unless such time be extended by an order of the court entered in the office of the clerk within said sixty days, the officer making the sale shall file with the clerk his report under oath of the disposition of the proceeds of the sale, accompanied by the vouchers of the persons to whom payments were ordered to be made.
