RPL § 339

Each filing made pursuant to section three hundred thirty-seven-a of subdivided lands situated outside the state of New York shall be accompanied by a filing fee of seven hundred fifty dollars plus an additional fee of ten dollars for each lot to be offered in excess of seventy-five lots.
