RCNY § 9-04

(a)The LPC staff will issue a Certificate of No Effect on Protected Architectural Features (CNE) or a Permit for Minor Work (PMW) (if the work does not require a permit from the Department of Buildings) within five working days of receipt of a completed application for any proposed work to a non-significant feature if the following conditions are met: (1) The visible volume and configuration of the banking interior is maintained; and (2) The staff determines that the alteration will not adversely affect any significant architectural feature and will not detract from the overall visual character of the banking interior.
