RCNY § 7-04

The penalty for a violation of any provision of 24 RCNY Health Code Article 47 (Child Care Programs) or Article 43 (School-Based Programs for Children Ages Three Through Five) that is not listed in Appendix 7-A of this Chapter shall be $200.
