A Taxicab Candidate must meet the technical specifications in 35 RCNY § 67-05.1A, § 67-05.1B or § 67-05.2, as well as all applicable federal and New York State motor vehicle standards and requirements, in order to become a Taxicab Model. (Amended City Record 5/14/2018, eff. 6/13/2018)
