§ 64-04 Emissions Control Device Certification
RCNY § 64-04
(a)The manufacturer of an Emissions Control Device may seek Department certification by submitting documentation that field testing has been conducted in accordance with the procedures in subdivisions (a) and (b) of 15 RCNY § 64-05. Such documentation must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of subdivision (c) of 15 RCNY § 64-05.
(b)The Department will maintain a list of certified Emissions Control Devices for use with particular models of under-fired commercial char broilers on the Department’s website and will update the list when there are changes. (Added City Record 5/20/2025, eff. 11/20/2025)
