§ 61A-25 Vehicle Condition – Inspections.

RCNY § 61

(a)Inspection by NYS Department of Transportation. A Commuter-Van Vehicle must not be operated as a Commuter-Van Vehicle unless it has been inspected by the NYS Department of Transportation. Provisions and requirements for this inspection can be found in the safety provisions (§ 140) of the NYS Transportation Law or as modified by an agreement between the NYS Department of Transportation and the Commission, as provided in NYS Transportation Law § 80(5)(a)(1). 35 RCNY § 61A-25(a)Fine: $300Appearance NOT REQUIRED (b) Display Inspection Certificate.
