(a)Two-Way Radio. A Commuter-Van Vehicle Owner that uses a two-way radio or other communications system must be in compliance with all regulations of the Federal Communications Commission relating to the communication system. 35 RCNY § 61A-29(a)Fine: $100Appearance NOT REQUIRED (b) Heating and Air Conditioning. A Commuter-Van Vehicle must be equipped with functioning heating and air conditioning equipment. 35 RCNY § 61A-29(b)Fine: $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED
