§ 60A-22 Operations – Rates and Tolls.

RCNY § 60

(a)Overcharges.

(1)A Vehicle Owner must not charge or attempt to charge a fare above the approved rate of fare currently filed with the Commission.

(2)A Vehicle Owner must not impose or attempt to impose any additional charge for transporting a Person with a Disability, a service animal accompanying a Person with a Disability, or a wheelchair or other mobility aid. 35 RCNY § 60A-22(a)Mandatory Penalty: See 35 RCNY § 60A-02(d)
