§ 60A-20 Records – Additional Records to be Maintained.

RCNY § 60

(a)Financial and Operational Records. A Vehicle Owner must maintain complete financial and other operational records for a period of three years. The records must be available to the Commission for inspection and must include the following: (1) Vehicle liability insurance coverage (2) Any other documents specifically prepared in connection with the operation of a Paratransit Vehicle. 35 RCNY § 60A-20(a)Fine: $50Appearance NOT required
