RCNY § 6-29

The Department or CHA may apply for a variance from a specific subdivision or section of these 40 RCNY Chapter 6 rules in accordance with the procedures and criteria set forth in 40 RCNY § 1-15, provided that the request is not for a variance from the requirements of § 9-167 of the Administrative Code or a rule promulgated thereunder.
