§ 6-09 Filing, Review and Revision.

RCNY § 6-09

(a)Filing. Upon final adoption of a plan by the City Council, the plan shall be filed and indexed by the Calendar Officer of the Department. The Department shall make the plan available for review by the public and shall transmit the plan to all affected agencies for their use.

(b)Revision of Plans. A plan may be periodically reviewed and revised by its sponsor or the Commission may initiate such review. Any such revision may be presented for adoption as an amendment to the plan in accordance with the procedures set forth in these rules.

(c)Summary of Plans. In each Zoning and Planning Report adopted pursuant to Section 192(b) of the Charter, the Commission shall include a summary of all 197-a plans adopted during the preceding four years. (Amended City Record 3/21/2018, eff. 4/20/2018)
