(a)Required Signage About In-Vehicle Camera System. Each For-Hire Vehicle equipped with an in-vehicle camera system must display Decals on each rear Passenger window, visible to the outside, that contain the following information in letters at least one-half inch high: "This vehicle is equipped with camera security.
