§ 58-08 Project Reporting.

RCNY § 58-08

a. An owner of real property shall provide the Administrator with the annual measurement and verification data for the subject property as required in the Program Guidelines. b. A Lender shall report on the performance of Energy Efficiency Improvements and Renewable Energy Systems installed using a Loan as required in the Program Guidelines. c. The Administrator shall provide any Program reports, including an annual report, to the Administering Agency, as required in the Program Documents.
