(a)Items in Vehicle. A Commuter Van Driver must not operate a Commuter Van unless the following are present in the vehicle: (1) The Commuter Van License; (2) The Driver's Commuter Van Driver's License (this must be mounted in a protective holder behind the Driver's seat); (3) The Authorization to operate a Commuter Van Service, or a legible photocopy; and (4) The vehicle registration and evidence of current liability insurance. 35 RCNY § 57-23(a)(1)-(4) Fine: $25 per missing item; maximum penalty $50Appearance NOT REQUIRED(Amended City Record 6/15/2017, eff. 7/15/2017)
