§ 57-15 Operations – General Rules.

(a)[Reserved.] No Weapons.

(b)Driver Neat & Clean. A Driver must be clean and neat in dress and person and present a professional appearance. 35 RCNY § 57-15(b)Fine: $25Appearance NOT REQUIRED (c) No smoking. A Driver must not smoke in a Commuter Van. 35 RCNY § 57-15(c)Fine: $25Appearance NOT REQUIRED (d) [Reserved.] No locking rear doors.

(g)No Overcharging Customers.

(1)A Commuter Van Driver will not charge or attempt to charge a customer more than the fare that was approved in advance by the dispatcher.
